How to use the bingo card generator for printable bingo cards
From a word list to a printed stack of different cards in four steps.
Add your words or numbers
Type or paste one word, phrase or number per line, or open the template library and pick a classroom, party, baby shower, holiday or icebreaker list. For number bingo choose Classic Number Bingo.
- Add at least 24 items for a 5x5 card with a free space, and ideally 30–50.
- Keep phrases short enough to fit in a square.
Choose grid, free space and card count
Open Page settings. Pick 3x3, 4x4 or 5x5, decide whether the center is a free space, and enter one card per player plus a few spares. Press Shuffle for a new set.
- Use 3x3 or 4x4 for children under 7: games finish faster.
- For number bingo, keep B-I-N-G-O columns on to get cards like a 75-ball game.
Pick the layout, theme and calling cards
Choose 1, 2 or 4 cards per page, US Letter or A4 and a theme. Tick Add calling cards to get cut-out slips you can draw from a bowl, and check the preview for long words.
- Two cards per page is a good size for kids; four per page saves paper for adults.
- Decide the winning pattern (a line, four corners, blackout) before you start.

Click Download PDF, or save PNG pages or print directly. In the print dialog choose actual size or 100% and turn off Fit to page. Test one page on plain paper first.

Yes. Type or paste one word, phrase or number per line and it shuffles them into printable cards. Use short phrases so each fits in a square.
A 5x5 card needs 24 items with a free center square or 25 without; 4x4 needs 15 or 16, and 3x3 needs 8 or 9. For different-looking cards use 30–50 items. With exactly the minimum, every card holds the same words in a different order.
Up to 100 per batch. The generator gives each card its own arrangement, and a list of 30 or more items keeps the cards clearly different. The preview tells you how many unique cards it made.
Print one card per player plus about 10% spares for latecomers or spilled drinks. For a class of 28 that is about 31 cards. Add calling cards if you want to draw items from a bowl.
Open the template library, choose Classic Number Bingo, keep the 1–75 range and tick Classic B-I-N-G-O columns. Each card then draws B from 1–15, I from 16–30, N from 31–45, G from 46–60 and O from 61–75, with a free center square.
Not hall-style tickets. It can use a 1–90 number range on a 3x3 to 5x5 grid, but it does not make the 3-row, 9-column tickets with 15 numbers and blank squares that UK-style 90-ball bingo uses.
Download the PDF, choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper, set print scale to 100% or actual size and turn off Fit to page. Print one page first, then load cardstock if you want to reuse the cards.
Give each player a card and a marker. Draw one item at a time from the calling cards or list, read it out, and players mark matching squares. The first to complete the agreed pattern, such as a row, column, diagonal or four corners, calls Bingo.
