Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

PrintMigo is a free, browser-based printable generator. It allows you to create customized printable items — such as gift tags, labels, and other templates — directly in your browser, then download them as PDF or PNG files. The Service is supported by third-party display advertising. No account or payment is required to use any tool.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

3. Your Content

When you use our tools, you may enter text, choose colors, and select design options ("Your Content"). All processing happens in your browser — Your Content is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

You retain all rights to Your Content. By using the Service you confirm that Your Content does not infringe any third-party rights and does not violate any applicable law.

4. License to Use Generated Files

PDF and PNG files you generate using the Service ("Generated Files") are yours to use freely, subject to the following:

• Personal use: Unlimited. Print as many copies as you need for personal gifting, home, school, or event use.
• Small commercial use: You may use Generated Files to tag or label products you sell (e.g., handmade goods, small business packaging), provided the design is customized with your own text and the quantity is reasonable for a small business.
• Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Generated Files as standalone templates or digital products. You may not claim PrintMigo's tool designs as your own original creative work.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or overload the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The PrintMigo name, logo, tool interfaces, design system, and underlying software are the intellectual property of PrintMigo or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service itself (as opposed to Generated Files, which are governed by Section 4).

7. Third-Party Advertising

The Service displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks (currently Adsterra). These networks may use cookies and similar technologies to show relevant ads. We do not control the content of third-party ads. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how advertising data is handled.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that Generated Files will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PrintMigo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed USD $10.

10. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a competent court of jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.
