Best for
- Hosts who need printable party games for 10–40 guests tonight, with questions they can tweak
- Baby shower and bridal shower hosts who want a who-knows-best quiz with the mom-to-be's or bride's real answers
- Office, classroom and family Christmas parties that need trivia or an icebreaker with an answer key
- Anyone printing on a home printer who wants an ink saver version
Not the best fit for
- Party games played on phones or a TV screen (this tool makes paper sheets)
- Fully custom graphic design with your own photos and fonts; a design tool like Canva gives more freedom
- Drinking games or adults-only content, which the built-in questions don't include
How it compares
- Etsy printable game bundles
- Beautiful designs from independent artists, usually $4–25 per pack; some can only be edited in Canva and few include every occasion. PrintMigo is free and every question is editable, but the designs are simpler.
- Canva templates
- Unlimited design freedom, but you build each game sheet and answer key by hand, and some elements need a Pro plan. PrintMigo lays out the questions, columns and answer key for you.
- Party blogs and brand downloads
- Good one-off PDFs, but questions are fixed and some ask for an email or a rewards account. PrintMigo needs no account and lets you change every question.
Why these printable party games are easy to host
Ready questions for every occasion, editable in seconds, with the answers printed separately.
Edit every question, then print the answer key
Start from a ready-made game and make it yours: swap a trivia question for an inside joke, type the bride's real answers into Who Knows the Bride Best, or paste your own list with one question per line. The answer key prints on its own page, so you can score sheets while guests chat, and you can turn it off for games without right answers.

9 game types for showers, holidays and birthdays
Trivia quizzes, who knows best, matching, find the guest, word scrambles, price is right, would you rather, emoji pictionary and prediction or advice cards. Filter by occasion to see the Christmas, Thanksgiving, baby shower, bridal shower, birthday or any-party games, and the matching theme border is picked for you.

1, 2 or 4 copies per page for big groups
Print a full sheet for each guest, or fit two half sheets or four quarter sheets on one page with dashed cut lines to save paper. Font size and columns adjust automatically, and if a long game doesn't fit, it continues on a second sheet so every guest still gets the full set of questions.

How to print and play printable party games
From picking a game to handing out prizes in about ten minutes of prep.
Pick games for your group and time
Filter by occasion and choose two to four games for a two-hour party: one icebreaker that guests can play while arriving (find the guest or an emoji game), one quiz everyone plays together (trivia or who knows best) and one quieter game like a word scramble. A quiz of 10–15 questions takes about 15 minutes.
- For 20 or more guests, prefer games played individually on paper rather than in turns.
- Keep a spare game in case the party runs long.
Edit the questions and the name
Change questions that don't fit your crowd, delete any you don't like and add your own. For Who Knows Best, ask the guest of honor the questions beforehand and type the answers so they appear on the answer key. For price is right, fill in the prices from your receipts.
- Paste a list with one question per line to replace a whole game at once.
- Use Shuffle again to get a new order for scrambled words or matching answers.
Choose a layout and print at 100%
Pick 1 copy per page for long quizzes, 2 per page for most games and 4 per page for short emoji or scramble cards. Print at Actual size or 100% on plain paper (20–24 lb / 80–90 g/m²) or light card stock (65–80 lb / 170–215 g/m²), then cut along the dashed lines. Print one copy per guest plus a few spares.
- Classic ink saver prints well on any home printer.
- Print the answer key once and keep it face down.
Play, score and give small prizes
Hand out sheets and pens, set a timer, and read out the answers from the answer key. Guests swap sheets to mark each other's answers, and the highest score wins a small prize such as a candle, chocolate or a plant.
- Ask guests to write their name first so you can announce winners.
- Prediction and advice cards make a keepsake: collect them in an envelope for the guest of honor.
Printable party games FAQ
Answers about games, group sizes, printing and editing.
Yes. All 34 printable party games, the answer keys and every export (PDF, PNG and print) are free, with no account, no email and no watermark. The sheets are made in your browser, so names and questions are never uploaded.
Yes. You can change, add, reorder or delete questions (up to 60 per game), edit the title and instructions, type the guest of honor's name, or paste your own list with one question per line. The layout and answer key update instantly.
Trivia, matching, word scramble, emoji pictionary, who knows best and price is right print a separate full-page answer key. For who knows best and price is right, type the real answers or prices first; empty answers stay as blank lines. Find the guest, would you rather and card games have no right answers, so they have no key.
Games that need no acting or props work for most adult crowds: general knowledge or holiday trivia, would you rather, find the guest icebreakers and emoji pictionary based on movies and stories. They can be played on paper at the table, so shy guests join in too. The built-in questions are family-friendly.
Choose games each guest plays on their own sheet at the same time: trivia, emoji pictionary, word scramble and find the guest. Print 2 or 4 copies per page to save paper, one sheet per guest plus a few spares, and read the answers aloud from the answer key at the end.
Most hosts plan three to five games for a two-hour shower, or two to three for a small group, and keep one spare. A who knows best quiz of 10–15 questions takes about 15 minutes, while find the guest can run in the background while people arrive.
Each guest gets a grid of prompts such as "has been to Paris" or "was born in December". They mingle and ask others to sign a square that is true for them, one signature per person. The first to fill a line or the whole card wins. Grids come in 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5.
Bring 10–15 everyday items (diapers, baby wipes, a gift card holder, a box of candy canes), and guests write their guess for each price. Enter the real prices from your receipt so they print on the answer key; the closest total without going over wins. The games list the items only, so prices match your local store.
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your printer and print at Actual size or 100%. Plain 20–24 lb (80–90 g/m²) paper is fine for quiz sheets; light card stock of 65–80 lb (170–215 g/m²) feels nicer for prediction and advice cards and still feeds through home printers.
There are ready-made games for Christmas, Thanksgiving, baby showers, bridal showers, birthdays and any party. For other occasions such as Halloween or Easter, pick a general game, rewrite the questions and choose the Halloween or Easter theme border.
