Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 26, 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how PrintMigo ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use printmigo.com (the "Service"). We have written this policy to be straightforward: PrintMigo does not require an account, does not collect payment information, and does not store the text you type into our tools.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
To be clear about what we do not do:
- We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address.
- We do not collect or store any payment or billing information.
- The text you type into our tools (e.g., recipient names, messages) is processed entirely in your browser. It is never transmitted to our servers and we never see it.
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
2. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Service, certain information is collected automatically:
- Pages visited and features used (via Plausible Analytics — see Section 4).
- Referring website or search query that brought you here.
- Approximate country or region derived from your IP address.
- Browser type, operating system, and device type.
This data is aggregated and used only to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. It is not linked to any individual identity.
3. Advertising
The Service displays ads served by Adsterra, a third-party advertising network. Adsterra and its advertising partners may collect data to deliver and measure advertising, which may include:
- Your IP address and approximate location.
- Browser and device information.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies to serve relevant ads.
- Interactions with ads (e.g., clicks, impressions).
We do not control the data practices of Adsterra or its partners. Please review Adsterra's Privacy Policy for full details. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through your browser's cookie settings or via industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
4. Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service. Plausible is a privacy-friendly analytics tool: it does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across websites. All data is aggregated and anonymous. You can learn more at plausible.io/privacy.
5. Cookies
PrintMigo itself does not set cookies. However, the third-party advertising network (Adsterra) may set cookies on your device for ad targeting and measurement purposes. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling ad-related cookies will not affect the functionality of our tools, but you may see less relevant ads.
6. Hosting and Infrastructure
The Service is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata as part of its content delivery and security services. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
7. Data Retention
Because we do not collect personal information directly, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Aggregated, anonymous analytics data is retained for up to 24 months to track long-term usage trends. Data held by third-party services (Adsterra, Cloudflare) is governed by their respective retention policies.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/EEA) or CCPA (California). Because we do not store personal data about you directly, most requests (access, deletion, portability) should be directed to the third-party services listed above. If you have a question about data we may hold, contact us at hi@printmigo.com and we will assist where possible.
For ad-related data collected by Adsterra, please use Adsterra's opt-out mechanisms or contact Adsterra directly via their privacy policy.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to the Service, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
10. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies independently.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
12. Contact
If you have questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at hi@printmigo.com.
